      <image:title>About - You may be asking, what is unique about what I am offering? I have been through my own transformation and journey and want to share with others what I discovered along the way that pulled me from the darkness and has allowed me to emerge with renewed hope, strength, compassion, and passion for life. My sole reason for doing this is to share what I have learned in hopes of helping others through the transitions. As a highly intuitive sentient being, I have found that connection is the most effective way to transformation. I believe in you and that you can do this difficult thing and will find love for yourself and all that you encounter. Let go of fear and doubt and make space for happiness, clarity, motivation, and love. See what a beautiful place this is to be in the limited time we have here. I am honored to share my experience and provide guidance on this journey.</image:title>
      <image:caption>— My journey began from finding myself in the unknown—I had never been alone in my life and suddenly found myself in this situation. At that time, I was so lost, was having panic attacks, uncontrollable anxiety and began to develop negative behavior patterns. But that all changed when the amazing people around me introduced me to meditation. I first discovered the power of meditation while at a yoga retreat in Bali and it changed my perception, daily approach to life and most importantly, I found internal peace and how to manage feelings (anxiety, anger, worry, etc.) external to me that I could not control. And after this experience and awakening to my own power over my emotions and peace in releasing what I could not control, I wanted to share that experience with all I encountered. As a certified medium and with my own experiences with end-of-life transitions, I have found that the dying process does not have to be something of fear and loss, but can be a time of recognizing unconditional love and awareness in our connections. Through compassion, planning, knowledge, and connection, comfort and love can displace fear and feelings of loss. Because there is not one governing body that oversees certification of meditation instructors, nor a state, national, nor international unified standard, I went on my own search to find those instructors with practices that resonated for me: Manna Dabholkar with the Conscious Leadership Institute; Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche with the Tergar Meditation Community based in Nepal; Eka with the Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia; and various instructors with the DEN Meditation Center in Los Angeles, California.</image:caption>
